Return & Refund Policy

You may return any item you purchased on poshpickler.com within 14 calendar days of your package being delivered, subject to the terms & exceptions below.  Please obtain return information by emailing info@poshpickler.com and include order number in subject line. 

We only accept returns if the original product packaging is unopened; if packaging has been opened or tampered with and the product is not defective we will not approve a return and/or refund.

If your product is deemed to be defective or incorrect in accordance with your purchase confirmation within the 14-day return period we will issue a refund.

Any product shipped to us without authorization will be returned to the sender address.

After receiving return information, you will ship the product to the address provided at your expense. Once the product is received will be issued a refund for the amount of the product purchased.
